To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jetx, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or organisation in placing bets or using the platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jetx, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written approval has been granted.
• You have not previously had a jetx account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling platforms, including any voluntary self-exclusion you have submitted to jetx directly.

jetx reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Where a player is found to be ineligible — including where age verification reveals a player to be under 18 — the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds deposited may be returned subject to applicable verification of the deposit origin. Winnings accrued by an ineligible player will be forfeited.

Supported Payment Methods: jetx currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Deposit Conditions: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. jetx reserves the right to return deposits made from unrecognised or third-party sources and to request documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used. The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jetx account. jetx does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's KYC verification must be complete and the account must be in good standing with no active investigations or disputes pending. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval during business hours.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank: Typically processed within 1–3 business days depending on the bank's internal processing schedule.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. jetx reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. In such cases, jetx will notify the player and may request additional supporting documentation.

No Money Laundering: jetx takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously. Any attempt to use the platform to launder funds, deposit and withdraw without meaningful gaming activity, or circumvent financial reporting requirements will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities. Players must ensure that all funds deposited on jetx are derived from legitimate and lawful sources.

General Conduct: All players are expected to use the jetx platform in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose as an entertainment service. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities — whether for financial gain or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. jetx reserves the right to void any bets placed under such circumstances and to recover any winnings generated through exploitation of errors.

Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on jetx are subject to acceptance by the platform. jetx reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed available market liquidity, bets placed after an event has commenced where live betting is not explicitly offered, or bets that trigger automated risk controls. A bet is not confirmed until the platform displays a bet confirmation with a reference number.

Odds & Markets: All odds displayed on the jetx sports betting section are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. jetx strives to maintain accurate odds across all markets, but errors may occasionally occur. In cases where an obvious pricing error has resulted in a bet being accepted at manifestly incorrect odds, jetx reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account.

Cricket Betting: Specific rules apply to cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or interrupted, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published for that event. Players are advised to review market rules before placing bets on matches subject to weather or logistical disruption.

Game Results: The results of all casino games, slots, and instant-play titles are determined by certified random number generators. jetx does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, any incomplete round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. If a round cannot be completed due to a critical system error, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player's account.

Collusion & Fraud: Any form of collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), or fraudulent activity designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your jetx account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining balance from your account, as jetx is not responsible for delays in recovering funds from a closed account. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Accounts closed by the player on responsible gaming grounds (self-exclusion) are processed immediately.

Suspension or Closure by jetx: jetx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Use of prohibited software tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, matched betting with bonus funds, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• A player being identified as a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Funds on Closure: Where an account is closed by jetx due to a confirmed Terms & Conditions violation, jetx reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player conduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jetx will attempt to contact the registered account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Players are advised to log in to their accounts periodically to prevent dormancy classification.

Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the jetx platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 5 business days. jetx's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus settlement, and account status are final once all available internal review steps have been exhausted.

Amendments to These Terms: jetx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or phone number on their account, or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of the jetx platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.
